HSBC Bank Australia welcomes Karina Kwan as Non-Executive Director

She is currently a Non-Executive Director of WAM Active Limited (ASX: WAA) and was most recently on the Board of the Newcastle Permanent Building Society Limited. Ms Kwan has Board experience across financial services, technology and not-for-profit sectors serving as a Non-Executive Director of Nulis Nominees (Aust) Ltd, Kyckr Limited (ASX: KYK) and Learning Links. Ms Kwan is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Sydney Business School, Discipline of Finance.
